My biography is on the world’s greatest magician and escape artist, Harry Houdini! He was born in Budapest, Hungary in 1874. There was nothing he couldn't escape from. He could escape from jail cells, chains, and manacles! He even walked through a brick wall! When he came through without a scratch on him people were amazed. He also made a 5 ton elephant disappear in thin air when he clapped his hands like cymbals. Houdini swallowed thread and 100-150 needles (separately) and when he brought the string back up, the string was tied to the needles. He once hung from a building in a tightly strapped straitjacket. He made it down to the ground and he didn’t even use a rope to get to the ground. Once someone tied him up with rope and while he was escaping he was laughing!!! He also had his tickets for his own shows in Spanish!!! When he was very young he wore a many-buttoned jacket that could have been as easy to escape as a sraitjacket(for him).`
